As the trans-Andean site collects Infobae, the incident occurred last Saturday in the Balvanera neighborhood, in Buenos Aires, when the woman was summoned to an interview by the individual, a merchant identified as Irineo Humberto Garzón Martínez.

According to the testimony of Thays, the mother of the victim, after the interview the girl began to work in the establishment, dedicated to the sale of clothing in the field of medicine.

Despite the fact that at first everything was normal, as the hours passed, the accused, who until then called himself Santiago, repeatedly began to offer him “a glass of drink or juice,” which he finally accepted around noon.

After drinking the soda, the affected woman began to feel dizzy, for which he sent a message to his sister to tell her what was happening.

“I think the owner of where I work drugged me because I feel dizzy,” wrote the young woman, adding the exact address of the premises. That was how her sister immediately notified her mother.

After calling 911, police officers went to the scene, finding the doors closed and the metal curtain closed.

After calling insistently, the police decided to enter, finding the young woman lying on a ladder with a naked torso and under the effects of psychotropics, “with her pants unbuttoned, barefoot, unconscious, crying and babbling.” At his side was Garzón Martínez, who was immediately arrested.

At the hospital, the doctors who examined the young woman found three bleeding lesions compatible with sexual abuse.

The aforementioned media, which had access to the decision taken on Monday, January 25, indicated that the man’s defense assured that he had no criminal record or previous convictions, “he works with dignity in his trade” and that “he has always provided work to women and never had problems of this type in which he is involuntarily involved, not knowing why ”.

This is how Judge Karina Zucconi considered that “The mere sentence in expectation was not a sufficient argument to keep the accused prisoner.”

“There is no element at the moment that leads to presume that the defendant will try to evade the actions of Justice,” said Zucconi, adding that his roots were doubtful, for which he was granted sworn bond and a bail on his own account. In addition, it prohibited him from approaching or contacting the victim, also remaining with national roots. In turn, you will have to appear monthly in court.

It should be noted that Thays and her daughter arrived from the state of Anzoátegui, Venezuela, to Argentina on October 2, 2019.
